This is the first album to feature member Heather Martin who previously replaced original member Shavonne Sampson and the last album to feature member Negelle Sumter who would leave the group before the album's release for personal reasons but her vocals still appear on majority of the albums and is credited in the groups Thank Yous. Singles released off the album include, a remix version of "He's Been Good", "Till You Believe", "Gotta Worship" and "Down on My Knees"
