Visa requirements for Indonesian citizens
Encyclopedia
Some countries and territories around the globe granted visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to Indonesian passport holders. If the country or territory is not mentioned below, most likely pre-arranged visa is needed. Contacting embassy of related country is very helpful as some documentaries are needed, mainly invitation letter/hotel booking receipt, bank statement, etc.
However, contacting related embassy to double-check visa requirement might be helpful prior to departure to the intended country as immigration policy might change anytime without prior online announcement.
Also note that validity of passport, even for visa-free visit, should be at least 6 months from date of arrival, although some countries also allow 3 months.

Visa exemption due to having other visas
Although visa is generally needed by Indonesian citizens (who hold ordinary passport), some countries apply visa waiver program providing that Indonesian passport holders also have some specific visas (mainly USA/UK/Schengen/Australia/New Zealand visas).
