The song is a moderately up-tempo number, with Sopho singing about how much she enjoys life. Her performance featured four male dancers executing a series of spinning and kicking moves behind her.

The video for the song is a celebration of Georgian culture and heritage; it alternates between a monochrome city scene and a colorful open landscape where Sopho sings amid mountains and national monuments. Line-art motifs decorate the screen, and at times modern dancers perform and folkloric dancers form a human tower. In one scene, Sopho lights an oil lamp, and the words of an antique manuscript come into view; in another, Sopho views a modern painting in a gallery and a spinning soldier-dancer appears.
