between September 25, 2009 and January 14, 2011. It had been a caretaker cabinet
since the elections of November 28, 2010
, and was succeeded by the Second Filat Cabinet
on January 14, 2011.
's Parliament, with 53 votes of the majority Alliance for European Integration
(out of 101 seats in the Parliament), gave a vote of confidence to the new government headed by Prime Minister
Vladimir Filat, at a plenary meeting on September 25, 2009.
