Milojević moved to Greece in 1993, initially joining Greek second division

He would become the first foreign central defender, or libero, to play for Panathinaikos F.C. when he joined the club from Kalamata in July 1997. He played a total of 177 matches over 8.5 seasons in the Greek top flight, joining Iraklis F.C. and Akratitos F.C. after leaving Panathinaikos in June 2000.
