Vladimir Herzog Award

Vladimir Herzog Award is a Brazilian award for journalists who excelled in the coverage of human rights issues in the national press. It was created in 1979 by the Journalists Sindicate of São Paulo (Sindicato dos Jornalistas Profissionais do Estado de São Paulo).

In 2005 was created the Vladimir Herzog Award for New Talents (Prêmio Vladimir Herzog de Novos Talentos do Jornalismo).
