Vuarmarens is a municipality
in the district of Glâne
in the canton
of Fribourg in Switzerland
. On January 1, 2006, Vuarmarens incorporated the formerly independent municipality of Esmonts.

Out of the forested land, 26.2% of the total land area is heavily forested and 1.2% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. Of the agricultural land, 38.3% is used for growing crops and 26.7% is pastures.
