 programming on the old WHRO-FM, at 89.5 FM. In 1990, classical music programming was moved to the newly created 90.3 frequency under the existing WHRO-FM callsign. Public radio programing, news, jazz and alternative music remained on the existing 89.5 frequency with a new callsign of WHRV
