The WLBC-FM staff includes 20 year Market Veteran (in 2012) Steve Lindell, who serves as Vice-President and Director of Operations. He is not only vice-president, but part of the wake up crew in the morning. Sean Mattingly is the Director of Technical Operations (Chief Engineer).
Staff also includes: Chuck Lofton from WTHR TV in Indianapolis (in his 25th year with WLBC in 2012), Amy Dillon (GSM), Kim Morris (in her 20th year with WLBC in 2012), Brian Van, Amanda Rollen, John Seneff, and Morry Mannies (celebrating his 56th and final year as Voice of the Ball State Cardinals in 2011).

History

WLBC was established as an AM station in the home of broadcasting pioneer Don Burton on South Jefferson Street in Muncie.
