as the top Album Rock station in the market. The station was successful, by having many Louisville radio legends appear on the station. The early years consisted of Ron Clay and Terry Meiners on "The Show With No Name," Uncle Ron's Asylum, & the Rocky and Troy morning show. Duke Meyer and Future Bob were on the station as well.
In the mid 1990s, WQMF switched to Classic rock
