On July 1st, 1998, 88.7 FM WAGO, Go-Mix Christian 89 began broadcasting to a 13 county listening area of Eastern Carolina, reaching nearly 1 million residents. On August 1, 2006, GoMix! Radio added WZGO, 91.1 FM in Aurora. WZGO became the second full-time signal and increased the GoMix! Radio coverage area to include the coastal areas of North Carolina from the Albemarle Sound down to the Morehead City area. The addition of WZGO allowed us to reach over 23 counties in North Carolina. In mid November of 2008, GoMix! 90.1 WZRU came on the air in Roanoke Rapids. As of May 1, 2010 GoMix! is on 90.1 WZRN out of Norlina.
