As of the 2009-10 school year, the school had an enrollment of 440 students and 29 classroom teachers (on an FTE
basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 15.17.
The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
Commission on Secondary Schools since 1969. In 2008, the school came up for Middle States re-accreditation for the next ten years.
magazine's September 2010 cover story on the state's "Top Public High Schools", after being ranked 93rd in 2008 out of 316 schools. The school was ranked 96th in the magazine's September 2006 issue, which surveyed 316 schools across the state.

The boys basketball team won the North I, Group I state sectional championship in 2000 with a 62-49 win against Henry P. Becton Regional High School

The boys soccer team won the state tournament and Bergen County tournament in 1995. It has won numerous North I, Group I state sectional championships, most recently in the 2006 fall season with a 1-0 victory over local rival Midland Park High School
in the tournament final. The boys soccer team has also won back-to-back league titles in 2009 and 2010.
