Waterloo High School is located at 505 E. Bulldog Boulevard. It is the only public high school in the Waterloo area.

New School

In 2007, ground was broken on a new building. The school's cost is roughly about $35 million dollars. The school is built on 62 acres (250,905.3 m²) of land and the school itself holds 1,400 students. The school has a total of 57 classrooms that have a wide range of uses.

Features

The school has an auditorium that can hold 462 people. The school also has a fitness center and weight room used for PE students and athletes, four computer labs, a library, a cafeteria that can seat 600 students, band room, chorus room, and an engineering lab. The school has an interior courtyard area that provides opportunities for agricultural classes. Waterloo High School has a brand new school this year with many new facilities to accommodate the school’s students. The grandeur of the building Is flattering from the outside and inside, its beauty can be seen from a full, staggering measure of view. It seems to be a lot to take in for students and teachers alike, but everyone seems relatively happy.
