Waters Farm is a historic farm

The farm was built in 1757 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
Waters Farms Preservation maintains the farm. The property features 120 acre (0.4856232 km²) of protected watershed land donated to the town by Dorothea Waters Moran in 1974. The main house was built in the mid- to late 18th century and was also donated to the town. Most outbuildings were donated or constructed on site after the town received the property, including a blacksmith shop, shingle mill, barn, wagon shed and sugar house.
Waters Farms is open to the public for special events.
