The Whalley-Gardiner, later Whalley-Smythe-Gardiner Baronetcy, of Roche Court in the County of Southampton, was a title in the Baronetage of Great Britain. It was created on 14 January 1783 for John Whalley-Gardiner, Member of Parliament
for Westbury
. Born John Whalley, he was the cousin and heir of Sir William Gardiner, 3rd and last Baronet, of Roche Court (d. 1779), and assumed the additional surname of Gardiner on succeeding to the Gardiner estates. The second Baronet assumed the additional surname of Smythe. The third Baronet was High Sheriff of Hampshire
in 1810. The title became extinct on the death of the fourth Baronet in 1868.
