Sir Wilfred Ebenezer Jacobs (19 October 1919–11 March 1995) was the first Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda
. He held this position from 1 November 1981 to 10 June 1993. He was replaced by James Carlisle
. He was also the governor of Antigua and Barbuda from 1967 until that country gained independence in 1981 and he became governor-general.
