Wyndham Waters

Wyndham Waters is one of two major estates in Williams Landing and has over 1000 households in it. Development started in 2001 and it was complete in 2010. The open outfall sewer separates Wyndham Waters from Williams Landings. The land Wyndham Waters was build on was very flat and was prone to flooding and gave a big task for the developers of Wyndham Waters. Urban Property Developments Pty. Ltd. (now Asset1) had build a large waterway to 'fix' the problem. There is also a recreation centre that provide residences of Wyndham Waters a gym, outdoor pool and sauna.

Williams Landing

Williams Landings is the largest estate in Williams Landing and is currently developing. There are many parks in Williams Landing and both future Williams Landing Town Centre and future Williams Landing Train Station are walking distance from the estate. Williams Landing also has 3 large conservation areas and are not for public use.

William Landing

The major wetland at Williams Landing provides habitat for many birds, reptiles and frog species. The water level varies over the weather and the fauna responds similarly. Australasian Bittern and other birds that migrate from Japan prefer more shallow water when wet grassy verges are available, whereas the Black Swan and Australasian Shoveler like deeper water and are increasingly seen when water levels are high.
