in 1953 playing it home games a Kergunyah. After 1975 the club relocated to Wodonga.
In 1976 that club became the Wodonga Demon's Football and Sports Club and games were played at Martin Park, Wodonga. The Rural City of Wodonga Council developed sporting facilities at West Wodonga and the "Demon's" moved to Biralee Park.
During the mid 1980's the Club made a series of applications to join the Ovens and Murray Football League. In 1988 the club was accepted into the League after defeating the Mitta United Football Club in the 1987 Tallangatta and District Football League grand final.
They changed their name to the Wodonga Raiders Football Club so as to not cause confusion with the Benalla Demons

They won their first O and M premiership in 1998 when they defeated the Lavington Panthers Football Club at the Lavington Sports Ground.
In recent years since their Grand final win the Clubs fortunes have faltered with them becoming the cellar dwellers of the competition. However, their best ever start to an Ovens & Murray season in 2010 has seen them rise to the top of the ladder following their victory over 2009 runners-up Yarrawonga.
