. Service to the station is provided by the Haverhill Line from Boston and Haverhill, Massachusetts
. There is no handicap accessibility. There are wooden coverings on both platforms and the inbound platform has a shelter for people making bus transfers. Wyoming Hill is only a short ways north of the MBTA Orange Line subway's Oak Grove Station and it can be seen in the distance from the south end of the platforms. Wyoming Hill, in addition to the other commuter rail stops in Melrose, were originally intended to be an extension of the Orange Line up to Reading.
