XPuyoPuyo is an implementation of the Puyo Puyo
falling blocks puzzle game for X11, similar to KFoulEggs, except for, most notably, having multiplayer capabilities.
players play against each other to show how the game is played. The controls are similar to Tetris
. To play, the players must match at least four (although this number is configurable, it is default) blobs in groups (not necessarily rows), using pairs of blobs falling from the top of the field (again, similar to Tetris
). These groups are eliminated from the field, and the blobs above it fall, which may make more groups (a "combo"). The game is won when the other player fills his pane to the top.
