Storyline

The game begins in a beautiful place in which we see Xena and Gabrielle walking together. Xena wishes to go see a friend of hers. But at that moment she observed that the village has been plundered by pirates! Then Xena takes action in order to take revenge for the death of her friend Siras.
The race culminates when she is preparing to fight the king of pirates Pactolus.
During the course of this action she succeeds to save various hostages.
After all this learning that her best friend abducted by Valarian's soldiers. After a fierce battle with the soldiers she reaches the King. After this Xena interrogates the King, then he turns into a Minotaur and escapes into a labyrinth! Xena after being followed found in the labyrinth of the castle,Gabrielle was captured in a room which Xena discovers situated and proceeds to kill the Minotaur. Then liberated Gabrielle. They came both in a position to fight the Amazons but for their bad luck. Gabrielle abducted again by the Amazons. Xena angrily kills all the Amazons and the Queen of them. In an effort to find Gabrielle fails, because the anticipation of a brutal witch Kalabrax which threatened to sacrifice her best friend for a New World Order that will replace the Gods. Xena replied over my dead body. Τhen the witch opened the ground and Xena fell deep in the earth. Xena at that moment had been found in close to a gateway to the Underworld but she doesn't put it below she tries to find Hades castle and she did since that only he has the power to send her the to the surface world! Hade sent her on living world.
There Xena went to a village where she could find the Lyre of Orpheus which holds the secret to defeating Kalabrax. After she succeeded by battles with fanatical soldiers to find the village seer being held hostage. She finds the Lyre of Orpheus through his help and proceeds to go to the Temple of Pinnacles. After defeating the Three Sisters and Ogres that know how to get to Kalabrax she found the gate which opens after playing with the golden lyre.
she founded Gabrielle and Kalabrax but Xena was late. However she defeated Kalabrax's human form and making the temple collapse to destroy her in her true form. The temple has been destroyed and Xena with Gabrielle survived by taking shelter under the statue just above the alter. And the game ends.

Levels

The game consists of 21 levels.

• The Road to Oebalus

Xena senses trouble. She hurries down the path to little sea coast village of Oebalus.Her friend Sira's has told manytales of pirates sailing these coastal waters. Ominous columns of black smoke rise in the distance.

• Trouble in Oebalus

Xena's friend Siras is dead! Pirates are sacking the town! The villagers are in chaos as the raiders attempt to take innocent hostages. But Xena has a score to settle.

• The Pirate King Pactolus

The pirates have taken the remaining hostages away, and blocked a gate to prevent Xena from following. Xena must find a way to break through the gate, rescue the villagers and settle the score with the pirate leader Pactolus!

• The Isle of Kronos

Upon hearing that Gabrielle has been taken to the isle of Kronos. Xena commandeers a boat to take her there. As she puts ashore on a small beach she draws the attention of a giant cyclops.

• On the trail of Gabrielle*

After getting past the welcoming committee. Xena must now confront King Valarian's soldiers. His army is known as a gang of vicious thugs. The king has posted a bounty on Xena's head and all are anxious to claim it!

• Valarian's Castle

Since the king knew that Xena would be coming for Gabrielle, he set up a strong perimeter of men around his fortress with additional troops just outside his gate. Xena must fight though this army and find a way to get inside the castle.

• Valarians Secret

Upon entering the castle courtyard a heavy gate swings close trapping xena inside. Time is running out for Gabrielle as Xena discovers that an elaborate trap has been laid for her.

• The Labyrinth

Xena follows the Minotaur into the filthy subterranean maze beneath the castle. She enters a series of foul smelling, rat infested hallways. Deadly shadows crawl around every corner.

• The Renegade Amazon Village

Xena senses that Valarian was a part of a large conspiracy. Gabriella has been chosen as the subject of a royal sacrifice. A nearby band of renegade Amazons may have some answers but they seem to be under a deadly spell.

• Rivers of Blood

The renegade Amazons are assembling a trap for Xena and Gabriella. They want to split them up to put their evil plan back on track. Xena must keep Gabrielle close, avoid sneak attacks and stay out of the water it's dangerous down there!

• Lost Temple of the Titans

Gabrielle is now under the control of the renegade Amazon queen! She has taken over an abandoned castle as a base of operations. Her royal guard is quite formidable. Xena must get to this queen if she is to get Gabrielle back!

• Dyzan's Lair

Kalabrax has cast Xena into a deep cavern in the earth. As Xena stumbles to her feet she sees that she is close to one of the gates of Hades. Unfortunately, this particular gate is guarded by the powerful Dysan, and she is not happy to she her.

• Road to Hades

To get out of here, Xena must find Hades himself. Only he has the power to send her to the surface world. Unfortunately each corner here is more dangerous than the last. In this neighborhood, the dead walk and even stone comes alive!

• The Traps of Charon

Look before you leap Xena! The secret of passage through this world is to look all around and great care of every step of the way. Only the most clever will pass the Traps of Charon.

• Hades Castle

Xena finally gets to hail Charon himself. Through his help she can dropped on Hades doorstep. But the danger isn't over yet! Hades lives in a rough neighborhood and she must beware of the Well of Condemned Souls!

• The Village of T'ir Na

The snow-covered village of T'ir Na holds the secret to defeating Kalabrax. Fanatical Druid soldiers who search for the lyre of Orpheus have locked the villagers in their homes. They will return the lyre to Kalabrax unless Xena can find it first.

• Rescue the Seer, Fei

it is said that the elderly village seer Fei knows the location of the lyre of Orpheus. Xena must use stealth to find him and let him show her the way.

• The Lyre of Orpheus

The great Druid sorcerer Yat has vowed to conjure the unspeakable powers of the dead to retrieve the lyre. Xena must find him in the ruins of the Great Temple. The mystic symbols must then be turned against him!

• The Three Sisters

Climbing above the snowline Xena reaches the mythical Pinnacles Mountains. Legend has it is stalked by deadly creatures. Among them, the The Three Sisters are the most foul.

• The Challenge

It is here that Xena must use her skill to unravel the secret to the Gates of Kalabrax. The Ogre Protectors will not reveal these secrets without a fight. The Lyre of Orpheus is the key!

• The Temple of Pinnacles

Kalabrax has now assembled the elements of Ultimate Power Gabrielle is moments away from sacrifice. It's all up to you... Battle on, Xena!

The game also has a level and training session in which you learn to kick carts and boxes to vases you break with the sword and the chakram.

This chakram allows Xena to seek and destroy her enemies with this power you can kill many enemies at once.

• Frost Bitter

Along with this power you too can freeze your enemies in their track.

• Promethean Blade

Along with this power gives your enemies a lesson in firemaking.

• Hand of Zeus

Along with this power you too can give your enemies the shock of their lives.

• Golden Shield

Along with this power Xena becomes invulnerable to attack.

• On the levels 9-11

On these levels, the Lady has the option of getting a staff which gives it the ability to more quickly kill enemies.

Αt each level there are two scrolls which give you some guidance and advice on how to fight. If you collect all the scrolls at the end you will see a bonus video .

Direct you to go to the right place sometimes warns exactly what you must be careful.

The best friend of Xena. She appears various times in the game. The first time is on the beginning, when Xena goes in Oebalus. The second time is in the middle of the game, where Xena releases Gabrielle from the labyrinth. At that moment, Gabriella becomes a good ally for Xena, although this situation doesn't lasts very much because the Amazons kidnap her again to implement their plans. The last time where Gabrielle is encountered is at the last level, in which Kalabrax prepares to give her as the victim of a royal sacrifice.

Gabrielle lacks any particular combat skills, and each time she kills an enemy she joyful shouts.

He appears several times in the game. He is not an ally of the Lady, but is often looked upon for advice and he is willing to help. The player meets him on the levels The Isle of Kronos, Traps of Charon and The Challenge.

• Siras

Another friend of Xena. He is a villager in Oebalus and fell victim to the evil pirate. Xena finds him wounded just outside the village. She swears revenge for him. He is met in the first level.

Seer Fei
A villager of T'ir Na. Xena find him finds him captive at the hands of fanatic soldiers. She must kill all of them and rescue the seer. At the end of this section, the seer gives Xena the lyre of Orpheus as a reward because she saved the village. He is encountered in the levels Rescue the Seer Fei and The Lyre of Orpheus.

Hades

• The king of the Underworld and an old friend of Xena, who also owes her a favor. Xena should find him alone and ask him to send her to the surface world. He is seen in the level Hades' Castle.

Main Enemies

Pirate King Pactolus
He is the king of the pirates. It is very easy to beat him. All Xena does is to kick him to the weak point of the man.

Kronos
is invulnerable and very difficult to win him. Xena meet Kronos twice. The first time Kronos drop heavy large stones on Xena. For go away is to stay near a rock and when kronos goes to drop her a stone Xena go away and the stone breaking the rock. To follow Xena meets him again Kronos trying to hang on the precipice. But the lady hits him with the chakram his eyes and then she goes and beating of the fingers with the result that he can't be kept and to fall down. Then Kronos is dead.

Minotaur
Is easier to defeat than the last. Xena has just to hits him with the chakram four times and Minotaur is dead

Amazon queen
Is one of the most difficult bosses. With the staff Xena can kill more quickly than the sword to kill the amazon queen.

Dyzan
Is one of the most easier boss. Xena needs to bring Dyzan over the lava exactly from the top there is a sharp boulders. When Xena with the chakram hits the boulder falls on the body of Dyzan.

The Three Sisters
Gorgons that are half human half-snake are easier to defeat every time Xena kills one of her sisters opens a door to reach the end of the level.

Kalabrax
The last boss. Is quite difficult to beat the Lady Kalabrax. Kalabrax can send you a deadly power at you which can kill you in quickly. When Xena finally wins, Kalabrax turns into a monster which is invulnerable. The only way to win Xena has to make the monster fall several times over the column of the temple so that the temple collapses and falls on the monster.
