Its housing is a mixture of general needs accommodation for single people, couples and families, sheltered housing accommodation for older people and supported housing for vulnerable people with support needs, people with mental ill health and people with learning disabilities. Where high levels of support are needed, the Association works with managing agents who provide these more specialist services to our tenants. The Association also provides housing for students, working in conjunction with the University of York

Schemes at Rothwell in Leeds bringing the whole community together to build a hedgerow which now forms the boundary fence and at Fieldside Place in York, providing a sustainable housing to encourage tenants to live together in an environmentally friendly spaces are just a few examples demonstrating how the Association is working with neighbourhoods.
