 Winter Olympics and placed 7th and 10th respectively in the Super G. In her career she had 44 World Cup top ten finishes.

The Canadian-born Swiss citizen for many years was one of the best Alpine skiier in downhill, giant slalom and super-G. In her career she has won two World Cup races: With start number 37, the departure of Puy Saint-Vincent (1984) and with the number 24, the super-G of Lech (1988). Haas stands as a 2nd in Giant Slalom Place to book: Berchtesgaden (1982) behind Christin Cooper.

At the 1991 World Ski Championships in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, they missed the Super-G just a medal in fourth. In their last World Cup race, the super-G in Crans-Montana, she finished in March 1992 behind Carole Merle and Merete Fjeldavlie the third Place.
The wider public because it was known that she had pasted a large sticker on their helmet in the form of a fried egg. Thus they should recognize their parents better in television broadcasts of races. In the later years of her career, she renounced it and replaced the egg with a "Zoe" lettering.
