In 2006, Miller moved to Hollywood to pursue her career full-time. In addition to acting, she has training in voice, tap, and jazz, as well as in modern dance. She is a mezzo-soprano
and plays the piano and the guitar. She is proficient in Spanish and French.
The actress was one of eight actresses chosen as finalists to play Laurie in the 2004 VH-1 reality show In Search of the New Partridge Family in 2004.
She appeared on television again in Lucy's Piano (2006). She then guest starred in episodes of television series such as General Hospital, CSI: NY, Desperate Housewives, and Boston Legal.

Miller started her career as member of the Young Actor's Theatre in Tallahassee, Florida.
