In 1999, Tautorrez was informed by Mikami that he was planning on a new version of Dino Crisis
for the PC and that he wanted Tautorrez to return to provide the voice for the male researcher. He refused, so they got Olive Yu to provide the voice for the male researcher instead of Tautorrez.
