, located east of Calgary. The road runs from 17 Avenue SE in the north, where Blackfoot Trail meets Alberta Highway 1A, to Southland Drive in the south.

In the north end, Alberta Highway 2 continued on 17 Avenue, before turning north to Barlow Trail
