Brampton Centre was a federal electoral district

, that was represented in the Canadian House of Commons
from 1997 to 2004. This riding was created in 1996 from parts of Brampton
riding.
It consisted of the part of the City of Brampton bounded by a line drawn from the northwestern city limit, southeast along Dixie Road, southwest along the southeastern city limit, northwest along Kennedy Road, southwest along Steeles Avenue, northwest along Main Street, southwest along Highway No. 7, northwest along McLaughlin Road, northeast along the northwestern city limit to the point of commencement.
The electoral district was abolished in 2003 when it was redistributed between Brampton West
and Brampton—Springdale
ridings.
