Pipe Line. The refinery is divided into Area 1 (the original site) now used for offices and oil storage and Area 2 the modern refining area.
As a result of a recent study the refinery is currently undertaking a $5 million upgrade to ensure it can withstand and earthquake that is expected to be completed in 2015.
