On March 31, 2010, Jackson was called up to the NBA for a third time in a season, as he signed a 10-day contract with the Washington Wizards
. He played 4 games with the Wizards and averaged 0.8 rebounds per game, 1.5 assists per game, and 3.0 points per game. On April 14, 2010, he had career highs in points and assists (8 points and 4 assists) in a 98–97 win over the Indiana Pacers
