The Cloverleaf Local School District is a school district
located in southern Medina County, Ohio

(now known as Westfield Center), Seville

, as well as the vast rural areas between them (including the Chippewa Lake
area). Cloverleaf Senior High School graduated its first class in 1961. At one time, the Cloverleaf Local School District comprised the largest geographical school district in the State of Ohio. In the 2005-2006 school year, the district switched from individual K-6 elementary schools in each town to the current "elementary center" configuration. At that time, Cloverleaf High School also transitioned from a semester schedule to a trimester schedule in an effort to reduce expenses.
has qualified for state competition for 30 straight years since 1981 and recently marched in the parade at Walt Disney World in 2005 and 2007. Cloverleaf High School's Academic Challenge team has also been successful in recent years winning three Medina County League (MCL) championships, two MCL Tournaments, and has qualified for the Ohio Academic Competition (OAC) Regional State Playoffs in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Cloverleaf sports teams are members of the Ohio High School Athletic Association
(OHSAA) and compete in the Suburban League, having moved from the Pioneer Conference beginning with the Fall 1997 athletic season. Cloverleaf High School's Boys' soccer team won a share of the Suburban League title during the Colts' inaugural season in the conference. The women's volleyball and soccer teams have won three straight Suburban League titles, from 2007-2010, and the women's gymnastics team went undefeated in the regular season and also won the Suburban League championship in 2009.

Academic performance
The school district received the highest rating given in the state of Ohio, 'Excellent' for three consecutive years from 2003-2006. However, the 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 report cards lowered the district one rank to 'Effective.
