Charitable Trust to pilot a new business model to make the DLF's information free to the public. This service had the working name Bathing made easy This was updated in 2008 to include stairlifts, bedrooms, stairs and technological aids known as 'Telecare' products, under the working title of Living made easy AskSARA is an expert system designed to allow the general public to obtain disability advice independently. It was designed in consultation with Occupational Therapists. It was an experimental pilot development in partnership with the UK's Department of Health as part of the Integrating Community Equipment Services enterprise.
