The development has a shopping centre, a clubhouse of 40000 sq ft (3,716.1 m²)., a swimming pool of 8000 sq ft (743.2 m²). tennis courts, golf putting green, sauna rooms, carpark, etc. The price of development was considered attractive to small families, as most of the estates in the vicinity were relatively old constructions.
The first phase of the development was launched amid the property bubble in 1997, and units were subject of many speculators' interest. The intensity spilled over to properties in neighbouring estates in Sham Tseng
and Castle Peak
