The law creating the municipality of Don victoriano is BP 171 and not BP 1200. There is no such thing as BP 1200. What is existing is Parlimentary Bill No. 1200 (equivalent to that of a Senate or House Bill today) which is the proposed law/bill creating the said municipality which upon approval, has become BP 171.
