from December 1942 to September 1945. He was a member of the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives from 1941 to 1948.
Chudoff was elected as a Democrat to the Eighty-first Congress, defeating incumbent Republican Congressman Franklin J. Maloney
, and was re-elected to the four succeeding Congresses, serving from January 3, 1949, until his resignation January 5, 1958, having been elected judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas No. 1, in which capacity he served until his resignation in 1974.
He died in Philadelphia.
