An investigation was subsequently launched which showed that the tv judge had actually only appeared at her County paid job for a total of 40 hours in a 6-month period of time, but had been submitting timesheets to say that she was there.
It is still unknown if new episodes will appear since Family Court With Judge Penny is currently on hiatus. It was announced, in early 2010. The show is cancelled for low ratings.

2008 Earthquake
