Festival Supermall or Festival Mall is a large shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Development Corporation located at the sprawling and vibrant Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang Muntinlupa City
, and is acknowledged as the first theme mall in the Philippines
. The mall opened in the middle of May, 1998, and it became Filinvest’s flagship project, setting the standard for shopping centers in the south of Metro Manila
. The whole Festival Supermall complex has an area of 20 hectares, the biggest mall in the south of Metro Manila, with the most number of tenants, and still remains as one of the largest malls in the Philippines.
The mall occupancy is up to 93 percent, with the average foot traffic of 100,000 people on weekdays, up to 250,000 on weekends, coming as far South as Cavite

Festival Supermall was designed by a team of international experts in such a way that there will be maximum convenience for its shoppers, freedom of circulation, maximum visibility and ample exposure to the mall’s tenants. Because of this, the family is guaranteed the ultimate fun and excitement with shopping, dining and entertainment all under one roof. Festival Mall also offer amusement centers like Pixie Forest, X-Site, Gameworx, Kiddo Driving School, Festival Grand Station (terminus and only station of Junction Express), Grand Carousel, and Junction Express.
Set to begin in the last quarter of 2011, the expansion will add eight hectares of gross floor area to the shopping complex, bringing its total to almost 30 hectares. The mall is looking forward at another 600 interesting and unique food and retail concepts on top of the 700 the mall currently has at the moment. This expansion will further boost Festival Supermall into a super regional center.
