Government Khawaja Farid College , also known as Government College Rahimyar Khan, is a college located in the heart of Rahim Yar Khan city, Punjab, Pakistan. It is named after a Muslim Saraiki
saint and poet, Khwaja Ghulam Farid.
The Punjab government has upgraded Khwaja Farid College, Rahim Yar Khan, as sub campus of the Islamia University Bahawalpur
. According to a notification issued by the Higher Education Department, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has approved up gradation of the college. According to university sources, up gradation of the college will benefit thousands of students of four tehsils of Rahim Yar Khan district.
