Guglielmo II da Verona was a Lombard
noble, triarch of Negroponte

) and marshal
of the principality of Achaea
in Frankish Greece.
He was the eldest son of Guglielmo I da Verona, ruler of the central third ("triarchy") of Euboea.Upon his father's death in 1263, he succeeded to this position, while from his marriage to Margaret de Neuilly he was also baron of Passavas
and marshal in the Principality of Achaea. Guglielmo was killed in the Battle of Demetrias
, which took place either in 1273 or in 1275, and was succeeded by his cousin Giberto II da Verona.
