Gulu United is a football club from Gulu
in northern Uganda
. They play there home games at Pece War Memorial stadium.
They currently play in the Ugandan Big League
. They gained promotion to the Ugandan Super League
for the 2010/11 season after winning the Elgon Group of the Ugandan Big League
the previous year.
This was only the second time they have featured in the top flight, their first was in 1999.
Unfortunately they were relegated at the end of the 2010/11 season.
Current head coach is Leo Adraa formerly of Arua Central FC and his assistant is ex-Gulu United and Uganda U23 striker Calvin Okello.
