, in the southern part of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. It's named after the Bellvitge University Hospital. It only has an entrance, by the hospital's parking, and its platforms are 96m long.
Known from its opening to 2003 as Feixa Llarga after the football stadium of local team CE L'Hospitalet, the station was opened to the public in 1989 as the southern terminus of L1
. The station is just below the ground of Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and the aforementioned hospital. L1 is going to be extended from this station towards El Prat de Llobregat
and Sant Boi.
