Member countries (2011) are 33 exporting nations and 6 importing nations. Its highest body is the International Coffee Council, meeting twice a year. The Private Sector Consultative Board comprises sixteen representatives from consuming and producing industries, which meet biannually with the Council. The Executive Director is Robério Oliveira Silva (Brazil). ICO is located at 22 Berners Street, London.
