Milkfish and Tilapia were also breed as well as Copra is the primary source of income of the people. White, brown and black sand beaches also composed the wide longs stretch of the province. Abundant Marine life is the primary attraction of the Municipality.
Jose Abad Santos was formerly known as Trinidad. It acquired its current name in 1954.
