with safe water for life, £10 provides water to a child for ten years, improved water quality reduces child diarrhoea by 15-20%, hand washing and safe food handling reduces child diarrhoea by 35%, safe disposal of children's faeces reduces diarrhoea by nearly 40%.
Since the establishment the organization raised more than £750,000 and helped over 800,000 people in 24 countries.
Every year in November the travel and tourism industry companies promote fundraising for Just a Drop at World Travel Market

In 2002 Just a Drop was named the official charity of the International Institute for Peace through Tourism (IIPT).
