News content is updated on on its site, www.MyKawartha.com, several times a week with video, blogs, polls and stories from its sister papers in the region.

History

After graduating from the University of Windsor Law School, Douglas Flett moved to Lindsay and practised law in the community from 1974 until 1996. In 1980, he and Don Polyschuk, then-owner of Trent Chevrolet, founded Lindsay This Week. They owned the newspaper for four years.

Metroland Publishing purchased Lindsay This Week in 1984. In 2000, Metroland Publishing acquired the Fenelon Falls Gazette
