In the summer of 2009, Kensington stayed two months in Leeds
to record their debut-album. This album, Borders, was published in Juli 2010 under the record label Bladehammer/Emi. The first single on the album, Youth, was played frequently on 3FM
, MTV
and TMF
. Because of that, the single came into the Single Top 100.
In the fall of 2010, Kensington made a tour with Makebelieve.
In February 2011, they had a headline-tour with performances at Paradiso
and Tivoli
