Kris Chucko is a Canadian

. He was a first round selection, 24th overall, of the Flames in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft
and played his entire professional career in the team's organization. Chucko retired in 2011 as a result of concussions.

Chucko suffered another serious concussion in October 2010, exacerbating a neck injury and limiting him to just two games for the Heat in 2010–11
