. The car park is located on top of the centre and is multi-storey.

The shopping centre has the usual facilities such as baby changing. One of the highlights of Lewisham was the indoor children's play area, which was always busy. However, in 2006 it was filled in and left empty, and it is not known why Riverdale did this.

After many years of Decline in new tenants taking up empty retail space, there has been a big increase of new tenants joining the Lewisham Shopping centre, with some tenants moving to other stores within the centre for bigger retail space. New additions include, H&M, Subway, Tiger, Costa Coffee, and a Larger JD Sports.
