On their first meeting, Low acts in a highly suspicious and socially extremely awkward manner, but Niko agrees to take him and his suspect package to the docks where Low disposes of it, for money. The second encounter leads to Low pulling a knife on Niko after Niko berates him, after Niko calls him "not cool", forcing Niko to execute him. After Eddie's death, a news report is added to the in-game websites where the police chief expresses disappointment at not being able to come up with a suitable media nickname for Low due to the random nature of his killings, and his wanton mutilation of corpses. Eddie Low was voiced by Victor Verhaeghe.
