The Little Smoky transfer station is located southwest of the hamlet on Range Road 221. The Greenview Regional Landfill was built northeast of Little Smoky on the corner of Township Road 672 and Range Road 210.

Waterways

The confluences of the Iosegun and Waskahigan rivers with the Little Smoky River are nearby the hamlet to the north and northwest. The confluence of the Waskahigan and Little Smoky rivers can be reached by vehicle via a gravel road
