Love From Ground Zero follows three strangers across the back roads of America with the ashes of a mutual friend. Using a series of old postcards as a map, the threesome drive from New York
to Montana
retracing their friend’s journey “out west” years before. As they try to make sense of the untimely death, they are forced to face the realities in their own lives that have brought them down this unpredictable road.

Love From Ground Zero is an original screenplay by Mr. Grynberg, and marked his debut as a feature film director in 1998.
In 2005, Mr. Grynberg created a documentary film and video installation entitled Past Forward as part of the large scale art project, Envisioning the Future curated by renowned artist Judy Chicago.
Mr. Grynberg currently has an award-winning documentary A Life Ascending in distribution around the world, The film chronicles the life of acclaimed ski mountaineer and mountain guide Ruedi Beglinger. The film follows his family’s unique life in the mountains and their journey in the years following a massive avalanche that killed seven people.
In addition, Mr Grynberg has a number of other narrative and documentary projects in development.
Mr. Grynberg has a degree in film directing from the American Film Institute, an MBA from the Columbia University Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
